4、熟悉Oracle、MySQL数据库以及优化方法，了解PGSQL
5、熟悉spring、springmvc等spring家族开源框架，并理解其原理者优先
6、熟悉多线程、jvm调优；深入理解分布式技术架构及设计思想，并熟悉其主流技术组件或框架，如spring cloud、redis等；
7、责任心强，具备良好的组织、协调和沟通技能，良好的团队合作精神，抗压性强
