一、岗位职责
1- 负责Java上位机软件开发、迭代，实现与下位机（PLC、单片机等）的通信交互（Modbus、TCP/IP等协议）。
2- 开发数据采集、解析、展示及设备监控、参数配置、报表生成等核心功能，优化界面（Swing/SWT/JavaFX）体验。
3- 调试通信链路，解决数据丢包、通信异常等问题，配合完成系统联调、BUG修复及版本上线。
4- 编写技术文档，跟进上位机相关技术，优化软件性能与稳定性。
二、任职要求
1- 大专及以上学历，计算机/自动化相关专业，3-5年Java上位机开发经验（工业控制类项目优先）。
2- 熟练掌握Java基础，精通Swing/SWT/JavaFX至少一种界面框架，熟悉Modbus、TCP/IP、串口等工业通信协议。
3- 掌握MySQL/SQLite数据库，熟悉Linux基本操作及Maven、Git使用，能独立排查软件及通信异常。
4- 了解PLC基本原理，具备良好的沟通协作与抗压能力，会使用串口调试者优先。
4- 认真负责，吃苦耐劳，能够接受出差。
