一、工作职责
1、负责公司SaaS产品的整体技术架构设计与持续优化，保障系统的可扩展性与稳定性。
2、制定功能开发计划，合理评估开发周期，确保项目按时交付。
3、主导产品核心功能研发，推动产品快速迭代与持续优化。
4、解决关键技术难题（涉及现有框架及业务系统），制定并推进技术债务清理计划。
5、建立并推行代码质量管控体系与技术规范，提升团队整体开发效率。
6、建立并完善DevOps体系，负责产品的持续集成、部署及运维监控。
7、制定并实施系统容灾、备份、安全等保障方案，确保服务7x24小时稳定运行。
8、推行敏捷开发模式，建立高效的研发流程与质量保障体系。
二、任职要求
（一）技术能力要求
1、8年以上Java开发经验。
2、精通Java生态：深度掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉JVM调优
3、分布式系统经验：具备微服务架构设计经验，熟悉服务治理、配置中心、服务网格等技术
4、云原生技术栈：熟练使用Docker、Kubernetes，具备云平台（阿里云/腾讯/AWS）实战经验
5、数据库专业能力：精通MySQL，熟悉多租户SaaS架构设计，具备数据库性能调优经验
（二）SaaS产品经验
1、主导过完整SaaS产品从0到1的研发，经历过多个版本迭代周期
2、熟悉SaaS产品的多租户架构、数据隔离、权限管理等核心技术
3、具备高并发、大数据量场景下的系统设计和优化经验
4、熟悉前端技术栈（Vue），能够指导前后端协作和性能优化
5、具备 DevOps实践经验，熟悉CI/CD流程和自动化运维工具
6、熟悉系统监控、日志分析、性能调优等运维技能
7、具备限流、降级、熔断、灰度发布等稳定性保障方案实施经验
8、有7×24小时线上系统运维和故障处理经验

1、优秀的系统性思维和架构设计能力，能够平衡技术先进性与业务实用性
