工作职责
1、负责公司质量安全环保工作，参与安评、环评项目的开展、跟进及后续合规维护;
2、搭建并优化质量管控体系，确保生产全流程符合质量标准；
3、主导ISO体系、IATF 16949体系的建立、维护、内外审对接工作，推动体系有效落地执行；
4、排查生产环节中的质量、安全、环保隐患，制定整改方案并跟踪落实，防范合规风险；
5.、配合完成质量检测、合规报告编制及其他相关专项工作。
任职要求：
1、年龄45岁以内，大专及以上学历，化工、材料、质量安全管理、冶金类等相关专业优先；
2、具备3年以上制造业质量安环相关工作经验，有体系内审/外审、安评环评相关实操经验者优先；
3、熟悉IATF 16949及ISO体系管理，熟悉环保、安全相关法律法规及行业标准；；
4、具备较强的问题排查、沟通协调及执行力，工作严谨细致、责任心强，能适应制造业工作节奏；
5、有化工类工厂工作经验优先；
6、有驾照，能接受出差。
薪资待遇：8000-12000元/月，根据个人能力、工作经验灵活调整
其他：八小时工作制，周末双休，五险一金，节日福利，生日福利等；
工作地点：株洲市荷塘区金山科技工业园内（向阳广场附近）
