一、岗位职责
1.生产计划管理：基于销售订单与产能，制定弹性主生产计划；响应订单变更 / 紧急需求，平衡各种生产资源，提升生产效率。
2.物料控制与库存优化：依据订单BOM清单，精准核算物料需求，制定适配生产的申购策略；定期清理呆滞物料，控制库存成本、提升区域利用率。
3.跨部门协同：对接营销、采购、生产部门，同步订单、产能、物料信息；主导生产协调，快速解决生产瓶颈、推动问题闭环。
4.流程与标准搭建：梳理 PMC 核心流程，制定作业标准与数据统计规范，完善生产物料管理体系。
5.数据跟踪与改进：建立生产数据跟踪机制，统计准交率、齐套率、周转率等指标；分析偏差原因，落地优化建议并推进实施。

二、任职要求
1.全日制本科及以上学历，英语四级；
2.五年以上制造业PMC管理经验，有涉及注塑、印刷、装配全流程统筹经历，有过“运营层”统筹全盘经验；
3.精通“精益生产”原理，熟练应用APS、ERP、MES系统操作，熟悉注塑模具生命全周期管理；
4.具备较好的沟通协调与问题解决能力，逻辑思维清晰，抗压性强。

每天8小时上班制，转正后+月奖金+年终奖，每月7号左右发工资
