核心职责
1、分布式架构设计：负责高并发实时通信系统的选型与架构，设计可横向扩展的分布式集群方案，支撑千万级日请求量；
2、核心业务逻辑：负责强逻辑性对局引擎的架构与实现，确保在分布式环境下业务状态同步的准确性与时效性；
3、高并发系统优化：针对长连接管理、消息广播、海量数据吞吐等瓶颈进行专项优化，确保护航玩家在各种网络环境下的流畅体验；
4、系统稳定性监控：建立完善的监控、预警及容灾体系，能够快速定位并解决分布式环境下的各类复杂故障；

任职要求
经验背景： 5=10年后端开发经验，主导或深度参与过至少一款高DAU 实时交互类项目；
精通 Go / Java / Node.js（至少其一），具备深厚的语言底层功底；
深度理解分布式协议（如 Raft/Paxos）及微服务架构，精通消息中间件、分布式缓存及数据库调优；
精通 TCP/UDP/WebSocket 等通讯协议，有扎实的网络编程基础；
底层能力：具备极强的逻辑抽象能力，能将复杂的业务逻辑转化为稳健的系统模型；
安全意识：具备较强的防攻击、反作弊技术背景，能够设计严密的逻辑校验机制。
