岗位职责
1、负责企业三级安全生产标准化体系建设、维护与持续运行，保障合规达标。
2、统筹厂区危险源辨识、风险分级管控，完善双重预防机制及安全台账。
3、制定并落实分层级EHS培训，覆盖一线员工、管理人员、特种作业人员，提升全员安全意识。
4、搭建、完善应急管理体系，按预案组织各类应急演练、复盘优化。
5、常态化开展安全隐患排查，跟踪督导整改闭环，杜绝现场违章及安全风险。
6、根据法规及现场实际，修订完善安全生产制度、操作规程并监督落地执行。
7、对接政府安全检查，负责资料整理、隐患整改及日常安全管理工作。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，安全、机电相关专业优先。
2、熟练掌握《安全生产法》及制造业EHS管理规范，熟悉标准化、双控体系建设。
3、2年以上制造业EHS实操经验，轻工工厂经验优先。
4、具备良好沟通协调与执行力，可有效推动各部门落实安全管理工作。
5、持注册安全工程师、安全员证优先，责任心强、原则性强。
待遇
1.薪资面试后确认，五险，通勤车，餐补，学历补，工龄工资等
2.早8点半至晚5点半，午休1小时，双休，法定休
