岗位职责：
1、负责QC部门日常的行政管理事务；
2、组织人员和设备，安排检验检测项目，检查计划进度，保质保量按期完成各项检验检测任务；
3、负责QC部门人员的培训、考核，对本部门人员晋升提出建议；
4、熟悉本专业技术标准、规程规范，指导各项检验检测工作顺利进行；
5、根据检验计划分配本室的检验任务，制定检验样品的持有人，监督执行样品交接程序，对样品在本室检测期间的安全负责；
6、负责组织编写专业检验室的检验细则、操作规程、设备期间核查方法、自校规程等操作性技术文件；
7、审查确定专业检验室检验设备检校结果的正确性和适用性；
8、提出本部门检验仪器设备的购置、更新、改造计划及修理、报废申请；
9、在授权范围内，负责本部门检验原始记录和检验报告的审查，并审核签字；
10、带领本部门人员维护好实验室工作环境设施，安排专人做好环境温湿度的记录，发现设施损坏，及时上报修理；
11、对本部门安全、卫生工作负责，组织好实验室的日常卫生清扫；
12、配合技术负责人做好其他技术工作。
任职要求：
（1）本科及以上学历，具有有机化学、药物化学、分析化学等专业或相关研究背景；
（2）熟练使用ICP-MS（重点）、GC、GPC等常规测试仪器，能独立排除修复常见仪器故障者，有2年以上分析实验室工作经历；
（3）身体健康，熟悉相关法律法规，踏实严谨，学习能力、主观能动性及团队合作意识强；
（4）能吃苦耐劳，做事认真仔细，能适应加班。

新产线正在筹备期，前期需要到江苏宜兴实验室汇报工作，每周1次；后期在江苏泰兴办公。
