岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心业务系统的设计、开发与优化工作，参与从系统设计到系统上线的全流程，确保系统的高性能、高可用和可扩展性；；
2、主导复杂业务模块的技术方案设计，攻克技术难点，运用先进的技术手段解决实际业务问题，提升系统的整体技术水平；；
3、带领技术团队进行代码评审，把控代码质量，制定开发规范和技术标准，提升团队整体开发效率和代码质量；；
4、跟踪JAVA技术领域的*新动态，评估新技术的可行性，并将其引入到项目中，推动技术创新和团队技术能力提升；；
5、协助产品和业务部门进行技术方案的评估和规划，提供专业的技术建议，保障业务需求的顺利实现；；
6、参与技术团队的建设和管理工作，包括新人培养、技术培训和团队氛围营造，提升团队的凝聚力和战斗力。。
任职要求：
1、5年以上 JAVA 开发经验，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业优先；
2、精通 JAVA 语言，熟悉 JVM 原理，能熟练运用多线程、集合框架、IO/NIO 等核心技术，具备深入的代码调试和性能调优能力；
3、熟悉常用的开源框架，如 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等，了解其原理和实现机制，能够根据项目需求合理选择和使用框架；
4、熟练掌握关系型数据库（如 MySQL、PostgreSQL）的设计、开发和优化，熟悉 SQL 调优和数据库事务处理，有分库分表等大型数据库架构经验者优先；
5、熟悉分布式系统架构，如 Dubbo、Spring Cloud 等，了解分布式事务、分布式缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka、RabbitMQ）等技术的原理和应用场景
6、具备良好的系统设计能力，能够独立完成系统架构设计和技术方案编写，有高并发、大数据量处理系统开发经验者优先；；
7、具有较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位和解决系统中出现的各种技术问题；
8、具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作；；
9、有大型电商项目或智慧校园项目开发经验者优先考虑。并有微服务框架经验者优先考虑
