岗位职责:
1、作为公司与客户之间的技术桥梁，深入了解客户在 OLED 显示技术方面的需求，提供专
业的技术咨询和解决方案，确保客户需求得到精准满足。
2、负责对客户进行产品技术培训，使客户能够正确、高效地使用公司的 OLED 显示产品，
解答客户在产品使用过程中遇到的各类技术问题。
3、收集客户对产品的反馈信息，包括性能、质量、应用场景等方面的意见和建议，及时反
馈给公司内部的研发、生产等部门，推动产品的持续优化和改进。
4、协同研发团队进行新产品的导入和测试工作，从客户应用角度提供专业建议，确保新产
品符合市场需求和客户期望。
5、参与处理客户的技术投诉和质量问题，组织内部资源进行分析和解决，跟踪问题解决进
度，及时向客户反馈处理结果，维护良好的客户关系。
任职条件
1、教育背景:电子工程、材料科学、显示技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、工作经验:具有1年以上 OLED 显示技术相关工作经验，有 FAE 工作经验者优先。
3、专业技能:精通 OLED 显示技术原理、工艺和驱动电路，熟悉 OLED 显示产品的性能指标和测试方法，能够独立解决 OLED 显示产品在应用过程中出现的技术问题。
4、专业技能:熟悉硅基 OLED 驱动原理，熟悉I2C操作，熟悉嵌入式操作系统，有 vesa 时序处理的经验，熟悉各种视频 RGB/MIPI等接口;
5、沟通能力:具备优秀的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识，能够有效地与客户、内部团队进行沟通协作，及时解决问题。
6、问题解决能力:具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够在复杂的技术环境中迅速定位问题并提出有效的解决方案。
7、团队合作:有良好的团队合作精神，能够积极配合公司内部各部门的工作，共同完成公司的业务目标。
8、学习能力:对新技术、新知识有强烈的学习兴趣和学习能力，能够快速掌握行业*新动态和技术发展趋势。
