1、协助资管计划日常报表的报送工作，包括但不限于报表底层数据勾稽关系构建、台账维护、报表生成等工作。
2、协助开展因子挖掘和回测等工作，并负责持续管理和交接因子挖掘项目的材料、数据等内容。
3、协助利用python等编程语言开发各类资管产品的业绩归因模型，熟悉各类资产的业绩归因框架。
4、协助完成部门要求的其它工作。
要求:
1、经济、金融、金融工程、数学、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、2年及以上相关工作经验，有证券、金融、金融工程和数据处理行业经验者优先；
3、精通Word、EXCEL等办公软件，熟练掌握Python、VBA等编程工具；
4、语言表达能力强，思维敏捷，具备团队合作精神，有较强数据处理和解决问题的能力。
