MajResponsibility:
1. Minimum team size required fdedicated full-time on-site support in Nanjing Ford office: HMI test engineers onsite Multilingual testing fArabic, French, Pixel check
2. Complete HMI test case fIVI, Cluster HUD based on the UEUI keep updating test case with approved CR. Including function task flow/test pre-setting/test procedure/expect result based on UE/UI.
3. Alignment with function owner regarding the test environment setting up block case such as corner case failure case etc.
4. EE tools & validation facility maintenance to complete the test, preliminary software issue debug during test.
5. Conduct HMI validations on all IVI, Cluster HUD displays on bench vehicles fDCV, PEC, FEC, TT, PP, MP1, MP2 to ensure both production design software implementation meet Ford’s design intent.
6. Tracking HMI bug & HMI design issues in JIRA from DCV to OKTD including issues uploading Jira with UI/UE shot vs. screen shot, initial issue analysis fissue consolidating final regression test until the issue closed.
7. Test report fevery round of test, which should tally the validation summary, issue summary, issue details, issue issue fix prioritization to support program milestone GNG activities.
8. Collect tally the test data analyze the root cause ftest defects, regularly review with local & global feature owner suppliers DPD designers to lessons learn to improve design quality.
9. Coordinate with the global team to support export programs IVI & Cluster HMI validation including program coordination, sign-off check list review.

Working Experience
• Education Qualification: bachelor’s degree above, majin engineering, EE, Computer related major
• 5 Years of Experience Professional Exposure (Technical Skills), Min. 3 years working experience in Intelligent Cockpit Vehicle product validation working experience
• Preferred previous experiences: Work experience in EE especially IVI Connectivity features validation preferred.
• Functional Skills:
Familiar with IVI, Cluster, HUD, HMI UI/UE
Familiar with Connectivity, Cloud, App, IVI, TCU, ECG vehicle ECUs
Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, Diagnostic protocol can use different tools to capture log analyze.
• Behavioral Skills:
Good communication in reading, written verbal English
Have spirit fcontribute to career, strong learning abilities on the products technical skills.
