职责描述:
1. 能够独立基于GTE/PAS/Skill开发PDK库，包括Pcell, Callback, CDF, Symbol等；
2. 熟悉DRC/LVS/PEX runset，并能够独立完成开发和验证流程；
3. 协助模型工程师和设计工程师完善设计流程，确保Model/Pcell/DRC/LVS/PEX设计流程的无缝衔接；
4. 负责完成PDK相关说明文档的撰写；
5. 解决设计时面临的PDK相关问题，推进平台在客户端的推广；
任职要求:
1. 微电子技术、电子工程或计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上相关经验；
2. 熟悉芯片设计流程, 及PDK 相关的EDA软件： Virtuoso, Laker, StarCXT, QRC, XRC, Calibre, ICV, PVS, Hspice, Spectre等；
3. 熟悉c/c++、skill、tcl或者python等语言，具有一定的编程能力；
4. 熟悉芯片sign off和 PDK质量管控；
5. 有PDK开发，电路仿真，DRC/LVS/PEX验证经验者优先考虑；
6. 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
