任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，有扎实的计算机基础知识和编程功底。两年以上JAVA开发工作经验，含两年以上中大型系统架构设计经验。具备金融、医疗行业经验优先。
2、主导过1个以上行业应用软件系统从0到1的研发、交付工作，具备优秀的架构能力和成功经验。
3、熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架，熟悉Redis,MyBatis,MQ等常见中间件。
4、熟悉MySQL，具备对数据库系统进行规划、设计及调优的能力。
5、精通计算机网络，熟悉HTTP，TCP/IP协议。
6、对技术趋势敏感，对AI大模型有深刻理解，能将前沿AI技术融入系统设计，拥有技术判断力与决策力，能在业务需求与技术成本间取得平衡。
7、极强的技术领导力，能驱动团队达成技术目标，具备优秀的沟通与跨部门协调能力。
8、要有为项目成功、业务成功而艰苦奋斗的意愿。具备优秀的再学习能力、自我驱动力和自我修复力，能独立思考解决问题，工作认真、灵活、高效、自律。
