工作职责：
1、负责 Java 后端应用的功能开发、单元测试与日常维护；
2、参与需求评审、技术方案讨论，协助完成简单模块的设计文档编写；

4、遵循团队编码规范，持续优化代码可读性、简洁性，参与技术文档沉淀。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，211或985毕业生优先，1年以上Java后端开发工作经验；
2、熟练掌握 JDK1.8 及以上核心特性，具备扎实的 Java 基础；
3、熟悉 Spring MVC、Spring Boot 框架的实际开发流程，有Spring Cloud 微服务项目参与经验优先；
4、熟练使用 MySQL 数据库：掌握SQL编写、索引基础、简单性能优化；了解 Redis 缓存的基本使用；
5、熟悉分布式微服务架构设计理念，有微服务项目落地经验者优先；
6、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；
7、对技术有兴趣，愿意学习新知识，能快速适应团队技术栈和开发流程。
