工作职责：
1、独立完成符合公司产品性能要求的PCB Layout 设计，从原理图和结构图导入，布局布线到 Gerber 文件导出，对负责的项目从质量到交付进行把关；
2、负责与项目组相关成员沟通合作，包括：电子、结构、信号仿真、EMC、thermal、工艺等部门，及时发现问题并提出解决方案；
3、负责与板厂和组装厂沟通，回复并解决工程问题；
4、负责PCB文档资料汇总，整理，记录，归档；
5、协助硬件团队完成其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、统招本科上学历，电子信息、通讯工程、自动化等专业； 5年以上PCB layout相关工作经验，有手机、IOT产品PCB设计经验者优先；
2、熟练使用PCB设计软件（PADS、Cadence Allegro等）；
3、熟悉射频、高速信号、电源的基本拓扑和基本工作原理；熟悉PCB、EMC设计要求，熟悉PCB制造工艺以及电子装联工艺，对高速芯片、功率器件的Layout规则有较好的理解，了解成品率因素和成本影响因素；
4、沟通表达较好，悟性高，良好的团队协作精神和严谨的工作态度，优秀的技术钻研精神及创新意识。
