岗位职责：
1、负责持续交付／DevOps平台的架构和开发，结合大模型能力，提高Dev、QA到 Ops的效率；
2、结合开源工具和实际需求，实现CI/CD，提高整个业务系统的发布速度，降低发布风险，提高自动化程度；
3、负责技术产品或项目版本化的DevOps平台交付流程，研发交付物的版本化管理，通过结合人与大模型提升交付质量；
4、发现当前工程流程中存在的问题，通过改进流程或自动化的方法从根本上解决问题。

岗位要求
1、熟悉大模型能力，3年以上持续交付系统开发和维护经验，擅长Java, Golang等开发语言；
2、熟悉Docker容器技术，并具有k8s 的相关研发交付、运维管理经验；
3、熟悉工程效率相关理论和技术，例如Devops，敏捷开发，持续集成，测试驱动等；
4、熟悉云部署、自动扩容、服务治理、监控等SRE（全站稳定性工程）系统建设，对成本控制和效能提升有深刻的理解和实践；
5、具备较强的团队沟通协作能力、自驱力和技术热情，具备实际的项目落地经验；
