任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上使用Java开发系统经验，能用Java开发高并发、大容量C/S,B/S应用；
2、对OOP有深刻的理解；掌握面向对象软件分析、设计方法，熟悉设计模式；
3、熟悉分布式后端服务开发流程和规范，熟练掌握Spring、Mybatis等框架，熟悉Dubbo, SpringBoot等开发框架；
4、熟练掌握分布式服务，缓存，消息队列MQ，搜索等技术体系，熟练掌握Java多线程开发和线程池使用；
5、精通MySQL的开发设计和调优，熟练使用Redis，Elasticsearch等NoSQL技术；
6、熟悉Linux环境，熟悉web容器性能调优，能独立部署，定位跟踪日志，具备线上问题诊断能力；
7、有持之以恒的创业心、较强的表达和沟通能力；工作认真、严谨、敬业，具备团队精神；
8、具备酒店管理、旅游专业背景或相关领域实践经验者优先。
9、拥有AI、大数据、IoT等前言技术开发/设计经验者优先。
