Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, relevant experience in electrical installation maintenance.
2.Basic technical troubleshooting problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist customers with common electrical energy storage system issues.
3.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly patiently to customers.
4.Familiarity with common support tools (such as Zoho Desk) is a plus.
5.Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication customer service skills.
