我们正在寻找一位高级后端架构师/工程师，负责设计和构建核心平台基础设施。你将负责整体系统架构搭建及后端核心模块开发。

主要职责：
1. 平台架构设计：使用Python/Node.js设计和实现核心平台架构
2. MCP连接层框架：构建基于插件的连接器系统，集成传统工业软件（API、数据库、UI自动化）
3. 企业级编排器：开发编排层，协调多个AI agents并管理系统间的数据流
4. API设计：为前端、客户和第三方集成创建稳健的API
5. 团队协作：与AI工程师紧密合作，定义平台基础设施与AI agents之间的清晰接口

任职要求：
3年以上使用Python 和/或 Node.js的后端开发经验
具有丰富的系统架构设计经验，特别是插件/连接器架构
有企业软件集成项目经验（API集成、数据库连接或RPA）
熟练git，有参与gitlab或github做多人项目的开发的经验，了解git里面主线、分支的概念，熟悉git的基本操作
熟悉 FastAPI/Django/Express 和 RESTful API 设计
精通 PostgreSQL/MongoDB 和数据库设计
熟悉 Docker 和部署流程
优秀的英语能力（读写和口语），能够用于日常工作和团队协作
计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历

使用过jira，或者类似jira的系统，如TAPD、redmine、禅道等
有系统集成商工作经验
