1、深度参与DDRC架构设计,分解设计需求，完成详细方案文档设计;
2、负责DDRC IP的数字电路开发实现，保证交付质量和进度;
3、深度分析DDRC PPA，分析不同调度策略，优化延迟、提升带宽利用率;
4、协助DDRC FPGA/Emulator/VCS功能验证；
5、负责撰写IP使用手册；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，微电子及相关专业；
2、2年以上相关工作经验；
3、实际RTL设计经验，有内存控制器或相关IP架构及设计相关开发经验优先;
4、深入了解LPDDR、DDR或者HBM的协议，熟悉DDR的core timing 参数;
5、深入了解AMBA协议，有调试总线效率经验优先
6、熟悉IP开发流程，熟悉CDC、nlint等质量检查;
7、责任心强，有学习新技术和工具的热情；
8、有良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
