5. DFT flow的优化和升级。
职位要求：
1. 5年以上DFT相关工作经验；
2. 掌握DFT原理和方法，有独立分析解决问题的能力；
3. 具有MBist、Boundary scan等设计经验；
4. 熟练使用DFT相关EDA工具；
5. 熟练使用tcl、python等编程语言；
6. 熟悉数字电路设计流程；
7. 具有接口IP设计经验优先。
