5、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；
6、具备良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；
7、参与过同类型业务核心系统建设或高并发系统经验优先
8、有创新精神优先，有带团队经验优先
