一、岗位职责：
1、依据国家法律法规及企业发展，制定 EHS 年度计划；完善 EHS 相关政策、程序和操作规程；
2、跟踪和解读国家及地方的 EHS 法律法规、政策标准，及时传达给相关部门，并确保企业的各项活动符合法规要求；
3、组织开展环境、健康和安全风险评估，识别潜在的风险因素，制定相应的风险控制措施；
4、定期组织安全检查和隐患排查工作，对发现的问题及时下达整改通知，并跟踪整改情况；
5、制定并实施 EHS 培训计划，包括新员工入职培训、在职员工定期培训以及特殊岗位培训等，提高全员的 EHS 意识和技能；
6、制定和完善企业的应急预案，包括火灾、地震、化学品泄漏等各类突发事件，确保预案的科学性、实用性和可操作性；
7、与政府相关部门保持密切沟通，及时了解*新的法规政策动态，争取政策支持，维护企业的良好形象。
二、任职要求：
1、全日制本科学历，环境工程、机械、电子等相关专业；
2、大型生产型企业不低于3年同岗位工作经验，EHS体系化从0-1工作经验及EHS内审员证书者优先；
3、具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和应急处理能力。
4、熟悉安全环保相关法律法规，具备较强的安全管理能力。
