岗位职责：
1、负责生产部（污水、纯水、电控）的生产管理，对生产部各种资源的管理补充和控制，保障生产部的有序高效运行；
2、负责生产安排，科学调度，优化生产工艺，合理控制生产进度，按计划，配合交期完成生产任务；
3、通过成本控制流程，加强对生产车间各种消耗的管理，严格把控生产成本，对控制的产效负责；
4、负责员工技术培训，生产过程的现场技术指导，工艺纪律检查与内部考核，降低损耗；
5、严抓产品质量，对出厂产品的合格率负责；
6、生产现场的6S管理，监控工艺、设备、产量等并分析解决相关问题；

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，机械制造、环保设备工程等相关专业，45岁以下，10年以上环保行业工作经验，5年以上环保水处理设备生产管理经验（必备）；
2、精通常规污水处理工艺，具体扎实的水处理设备生产专业知识，熟悉生产流程，生产计划，现场管理，生产安全，员工培训等；
3、熟悉生产成本控制，生产作业流程、工艺规程、生产质量的控制管理；
4、具备良好的组织管理，统筹运作，沟通协调能力和应急事件处理能力；
5、诚实守信，责任心强，开拓创新，团队合作好；
