Purpose of Position
CASETiFY is seeking a creative results-oriented Growth Marketing Associate (Ads & Affiliate Marketing Operation) who is passionate about driving growth engagement. As a successful candidate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment possesses a keen eye fdetail.
In this position, you will manage optimize affiliate paid advertisement campaigns to meet spend ROAS goals, ensure smooth campaign execution, maintain brtracking compliance.
Job Description:
1. Manage optimize affiliate campaigns based on spend ROAS goals
2. Support paid ads operations of Meta, including campaign setup, pacing, reporting, troubleshooting
3. Track performance data daily, analyze results, suggest optimizations
4. Coordinate creatives, tracking links, partner communications to ensure seamless execution
5. Ensure campaigns follow brtracking guidelines
6. Key Performance Metrics
a. Meet monthly spending ROAS targets
b. Ensure accurate execution timely reporting
c. Drive efficient growth across channels
Requirement:
1. Bachelors Degree above in Business, Marketing, a related discipline
2. 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, paid media, performance marketing
3. Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, spend pacing
4. Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact Meta
5. Proficient fluent in English
6. Excellent written, verbal, visual communication skills on both technical non-technical matters
7. Data-driven, logical, systematic,ganized mindset
8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on performance marketing
