【公司背景】上海先博生物科技有限公司是先声药业集团旗下专注于细胞治疗（CAR-NK、CAR-T）的生物创新药公司。

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司灭活系统（含病毒/细胞废物灭活）、生产废水处理系统的操作运行及记录，配合维护保养工作；
3. 负责废水的定期自行监测（含生物安全指标），协助废水、废气、噪声的外部监测；
4. 参与其他公用工程（纯化水、注射用水、纯蒸汽、HVAC、压缩空气等）的巡检及记录；
5. 参与设备维修、计量器具拆装等工作；
6. 按照GMP和生物安全要求，确保灭活系统满足细胞治疗产品生产的合规要求；
7. 配合完成与废水处理、灭活系统相关的偏差调查、变更控制等工作；
8. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，环境工程、生物工程、制药工程等相关专业优先；
2. 5年以上生物制药企业公用工程操作及维保经验，有细胞治疗、抗体、疫苗企业经验者优先；
3. 熟悉公用工程工作及维保，特别是灭活系统、废水处理系统等环保相关设备；
4. 了解细胞治疗产品GMP规范对厂房设施、灭活系统的要求；
5. 良好的组织、沟通、协调能力。
