2、作为交付管理角色，与上游各干系方保持高频沟通，识别业务特性和痛点需求，面向各环节输出个性化审核解决方案，完善和创新现有流程；
3、高效管理团队，通过工具、制度、培养等，驱动目标达成和团队能力提升；
4、注重团队梯次建设、人才输出和培养，提升组织认同，激发良性竞争；
岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，3年以上规模化团队管理（200人以上）相关的工作经验；
2、有主流内容平台的安全及生态治理、策略运营、交付团队管理工作经验，兼具内容运营背景者优先；
3、具有良好的团队沟通协调能力以及跨部门沟通能力；
4、自驱性及抗压能力强，有责任感和团队精神。
3、支持百人以上团队管理工作经验
4、有从0到1搭建审核团队优先，有BPO团队管理经验
内容：
1.鉴于是高阶管理岗，尽可能本科及以上，除非资历或前司绩效等特别优异；
2.避免在审核落后企业（喜马拉雅、趣头条、搜狐这种传统小厂）长期工作的，这种能力和事业基本固化了；
3.避免5年3换岗的；
