Key Responsibility:
1. Achieve targets within the allocated budget of regional marketing
- Achievement of market share target
- Control local marketing expenses within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI
2. Maximize the potential responsibility of regional marketing
- Implement central marketing activities projects to ensure marketing strategy localized fully implemented
- Collect, analyse report regional market trends
- According to center marketing strategy local market share, draw up market plane of targeted
- To assist central project execute in region
- Work closely with sales team to develop regional marketing strategy.
- Maintain develop national regional KOL to ensure marketing strategy endorsed by local KOLs.
- Coaching training sales team in product knowledge update.
Requirements：
1. Bachelabove, Medicine Pharma background preferred
2. 5 years above in Pharm working experience, sales experience preferred.
3. Good communication skill good accountability of problem solving
4. Good team work
5. Learn ffuture
