【工作内容】
1、负责PCB原理图输入及布局布线设计，确保信号完整性与电源完整性；
2、依据设计规范完成多层板叠层规划，优化高速信号走线及阻抗控制；
3、配合硬件工程师进行DFM/DFT分析，解决生产过程中的可制造性问题；
4、输出完整的生产文件包（Gerber、网表等），并跟进PCB打样及量产验证；
5、协助团队建立标准库，持续优化设计流程以提升研发效率与产品良率。

【任职要求】
1、电子工程、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上Layout经验；
2、精通Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro等主流EDA工具，熟悉高速电路设计；
3、有多层光绘，大功率电压板优先考虑；
4、工作严谨细致，责任心强，能适应项目节点压力，具备独立解决问题能力。
