2、参与关键技术方案的决策，评估和选择合适的技术框架、工具和平台。
3、带领团队攻克项目中的重大技术难题，提供专业的技术指导和解决方案。
4、制定和完善技术规范、开发标准和流程，推动团队遵循*佳实践进行开发。
5、与产品、开发、测试、运维等多部门紧密协作，深度参与产品需求评审，从技术角度提出可行性建议和优化方案。

二、任职要求
1、计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上软件开发经验，具备大型复杂系统架构设计与落地实施经验。
2、精通 Java、Python等主流编程语言，具备优秀的代码编写能力和编程思维。
3、熟练掌握 Spring Cloud、Dubbo 等微服务框架，熟悉分布式系统设计，具备高并发、大数据量场景下的架构设计经验。
4、熟悉 MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，以及 MongoDB、Redis 等非关系型数据库，精通数据库设计与优化，具备数据库分库分表、读写分离等实践经验。
5、了解容器化技术、容器编排工具，熟悉云原生架构和主流云平台，具备云环境下系统部署和运维经验。
6、对设计模式、数据结构和算法有深入理解，能够熟练运用设计模式优化系统架构，具备良好的抽象设计能力和系统思维。
7、拥有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰地向不同技术水平的人员阐述技术方案，有效协调跨团队资源推进项目。
