岗位职责：1、负责公司环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理体系的日常运行与维护；2、组织开展EHS风险评估，识别潜在危害并制定控制措施；3、监督生产现场安全操作规范执行情况，及时纠正违规行为；4、协助开展员工EHS培训，提升全员安全意识和技能；5、参与EHS事故调查，分析原因并推动整改措施落实；6、定期检查应急设备等安全装置的完好性；7、配合政府监管部门完成EHS相关检查与合规审核；任职要求：1.工作经验：具有3年及以上EHS实际管理经验（具备在制造业从事安全与环境管理的经历者）。2.专业能力及证书：2.1熟悉安全生产法律法规、环境保护法及相关标准；2.2具备安全管理员、环境管理体系内审员（ISO14001）、职业健康管理(ISO45001)等相关证书者；2.3具备事故调查、风险评估、应急管理、危废管理、化学品管理等专业能力。3.技能要求3.1较强的数据分析和报告撰写能力，能用数据讲清问题、提出改进方案。3.2优秀的现场组织与协调能力，能与生产、技术、设备、采购、人事等部门高效协同。3.3良好的沟通表达能力，能够对不同层级人员进行培训与宣贯。3.4熟悉常用办公软件，具备基本的环境监测与健康评估的操作认识。
