岗位职责：
1.建立质量管理体系并组织实施，定期组织自检，年度质量回顾，保证质量体系有效运行和改进；
2.优化质量管理文件体系，对各部门文件执行情况进行监督和监查；
3.负责物料和供应商管理，对供应商资质进行审查、审计、评估，维护供应商档案、合格供应商名录；
4.负责验证管理工作，审核、批准验证总计划，组织实施验证工作；
5.监督优化质量管理体系运行的有效性，参与审核质量风险评估、偏差、变更、CAPA、OOS等过程；
6.负责对质量保证体系运行过程中可能存在风险进行识别，并做出评估，制定相应的控制措施；
7.完成上级领导交办的其他工作
任职要求：
1.药学或制药等相关专业本科及以上学历，生物医药企业5年以上工作经验；
2.熟悉医药行业相关法规及掌握新版GMP管理体系；
3.熟悉质量保证体系的管理流程，包括偏差、变更、CAPA、年度质量回顾、投诉等；
4.具备良好的英语阅读能力，能阅读相关英文技术文档及法律法规。
