岗位职责

1、负责生产设备的全过程管理，根据生产计划，参与组织制定设备引进规划并推荐采购的设备型号，确保生产计划顺利进行

5、掌握电气/钳工等技能的相关操作

任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，电子、机械、机电自动化等相关专业

2、具备四级（中级）以上职业技能等级证书

3、 5年以上相关设备维修保养工作经验，3年以上相关全面管理设备设施工作经验

4、熟悉设备管理流程和规则、设备基本结构、原理和功能，了解设备、相关部件及耗材的评估使用，掌握设备相关工艺基本知识

5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立分析和解决问题
