工作职责
1、负责服务端研发工作，包括需求沟通、系统设计及研发；
2、与产品、运营、设计、测试保持沟通，给出符合要求的合理可行技术方案，保证项目的高效交付；
3、根据开发规范与流程完成模块的编码；
4、完成部署的工作任务，完善文档及标准化建设，支持服务端线上的正常运维；
5、参与并完善技术体系建设；
任职资格
1、数学、物理、通信、计算机和软件工程等理工类专业，本科以上学历，扎实的计算机专业基本功，良好的代码能力；
2、熟悉Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟悉微服务及常见中间件；
3、熟悉 SpringBoot 、Dubbo框架，熟练使用至少一种M 框架；
4、熟悉 MySQL 应用开发，熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化技术，以及 NoSQL，Queue 的原理、使用场景以及限制； 
5、对操作系统、网络编程、数据算法等领域有一定理解； 
6、有良好的学习能力，有较强的逻辑、概率思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题；
7、有金融类：保险、财会、支付等相关领域业务经验优先考虑；
