岗位职责
1、核心系统研发：主导数据中台产品线架构设计，承担标签系统、作业调度系统、BI报表平台等核心模块的迭代开发
设计高可用分布式系统，优化数据处理链路时延，支撑日均TB级数据吞吐量
开发标准化数据接口服务，实现与Hadoop/Spark等大数据组件的深度集成
2、技术攻坚与优化：重构现有Python服务性能瓶颈，设计数据管道监控体系，实现ETL作业异常自动告警与根因分析
3、工程体系构建：建立微服务治理规范，完善API网关、熔断降级、链路追踪等基础设施，推进容器化改造，基于Docker/K8s实现CI/CD自动化部署流程
4、技术赋能与协作：编写标准化技术文档（接口规范/API文档/部署手册），主导技术方案评审，与数据分析师、产品协作，提供数据产品化解决方案

任职要求

核心能力：

精通Python语言特性，熟练运用装饰器、元类、GIL机制等高级特性进行性能优化
掌握分布式架构设计，熟悉Celery/RabbitMQ实现任务队列，具备Redis集群调优经验
深度掌握Flask/Tornado框架源码，熟练使用SQLAlchemy实现ORM复杂查询优化
熟悉Linux内核原理，能通过strace/perf等工具进行性能调优

技术栈要求：
数据库：MySQL+ Redis
大数据：Hadoop生态组件（Hive/Spark/Flink）至少熟悉1项
中间件：Nginx + Kafka
