岗位职责

1.深入发掘业务需求，设计高可用、高伸缩性的后端服务；

2、能独立或带领其它Java 工程师完成软件服务器端系统代码的实现，编写代码注释和文档；

3、根据业务需求提供合理的技术解决方案；

4、完成重要业务系统模块及核心框架的搭建及编码实现，并保证良好的代码风格和质量

5、改进现有模块功能，提高系统的健壮性、稳定性以及性能；

任职要求

1.5年以上互联网相关开发经验，有高并发系统优化经验

2.熟悉Linux操作系统以及SHELL脚本

3.有发布系统，研发平台，流程系统，协作平台落地开发经验者优先

4.有数据分析经验，能分析产品运营质量问题，迭代优化产品策略和方向

5.善于跨部门沟通和协调，具备良好的服务意识和团队意识
