工作职责

1、负责Java后端系统模块设计以及研发工作。

2、持续优化已有系统架构，提升系统性能和稳定性，提升业务的的可扩展性。

3、深入挖掘和分析需求，撰写技术方案以及输出设计文档

4、跨团队沟通，独立完成设计研发，并按时保质量交付研发任务

5、参与系统运行维护

任职资格

1、4年或以上Java研发岗位经验，本科及以上学历，计算机关专业;

2、熟悉JavaSE，JVM模型，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等，包括熟录悉常用设计模式，编程思想;

3、熟悉分布式研发，例如分布式缓存、分布式事务、分布式锁、分布式任务调度、消息队列、RPC框架;

4、熟练使用Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot进行研发，对Spring、SpringBoot等常用技术实现原理有一定深度学习

5、具备应用微服务Spring Cloud(eureka、ribbon、openfeign、zuul)进行系统开发能力，对其实现有深入学习更佳

6、熟练使用mysql、oracle、mongoDB、redis进行系统设计，对应用中遇到问题能进行独立排查处理

7、熟练应用rabbitmq，依据其实现原理进行系统设计、日常使用问题排查、常见问题规避。8、熟练应用maven git

9、具有良好的组织、协调、沟通和团队协作能力，以及良好的文文字表达能力，能够完成相关项目文档的书写，并能够独立完成交付的工作。

10、熟悉容器技术docker、k8s等

11、有金融服务行业开发经验者优先
