3.扎实的软件工程基础，熟练运用设计模式、架构模式，具备系统设计能力
4.熟悉Unity性能优化全流程（Draw Call、内存、GPU等）
5.具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力，能够快速定位并修复疑难bug
