工作职责：
1、负责根据业务需求，独立系统后台服务的设计，编码和测试工作，解决开发中遇到的难点问题；
2、参与业务平台的系统架构设计；

任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，2年以上开发经验；
2、扎实的编程基础，精通JAVA开发语言，熟悉Linux开发环境；熟悉Python语言；
3、熟悉微服务架构，有Spring Boot、Spring Cloud的项目经验；熟悉Redis 、Kafka、MQ等；
4、熟悉MySQL、Postgres以及国产数据库，能独立进行SQL调优；
5、ToB业务系统开发经验者优先；
6、工作责任心强、善于自学提高，主动性强，善于沟通和团队合作；有一定的文档编写能力；
7、熟悉AI 协作工作流，用自然语言精准描述需求 + 对 AI 产出进行专业把关和重构 + 用工程化手段放大个人产出效率；
8、日常使用 AI 编程工具（ Claude Code / Codex / Cursor/Trae 等）≥ 6 个月；
