岗位职责：
1.根据项目计划书或项目经理要求组织实施项目的技术落实与维护；
2.负责编写相关模块概要设计、详细设计等技术文档；
3.参与项目中业务功能接口协议设计，解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题；
4.能积极主动的学习行业新知识，配合项目经理和测试人员，共同完成系统开发；
5.负责开发过程中相关新技术的研究和验证。
职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.一年以上JAVA项目开发经验；
3.JAVA基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架
4.熟练掌握Spring、springmvc、Hibernate等开源框架，并对其理念有一定的了解
5.熟练Java编程、掌握JSP/Servlet、JDBC等J2EE相关技术；
6.熟悉Javascript/JQuery、CSS、HTML/XML、AJAX、等相关WEB技术；
7.熟悉关系数据库，良好的数据库编程，精通mysql数据库服务器；
8.熟悉应用服务器（WebSphere/WebLogic/Tomcat之一）的安装、配置布署，熟练使用eclipse，idea等开发工具；
9.良好的编码规范与质量意识,协作沟通意识佳。
