2. 性能优化与监控

• 部署并维护延迟监控、日志分析与故障诊断工具
3. 量化平台支持
• 实现盘中风控与风险限额管理，保证交易策略安全运行
• 协调策略部署、灰度发布与版本回滚流程
4. 生产环境运维
• 参与机房网络架构设计与多点部署，保障系统高可用与灾备
• 制定并执行运维及应急预案，快速响应线上故障
• 持续优化 CI/CD 流水线，实现自动化构建、测试与发布
5. 协作与文档
• 与量化研究、测试、运维等团队紧密合作，推动需求落地
• 撰写并维护系统设计、接口规范与运维手册
