2、精通微服务分布式架构(Spring Boot/ Spring Cloud/Dubbo等)，具备独立架构能力；
3、深入理解MySQL或TiDB等分布式数据库，对其事务、锁、索引有深入理解，能够实践分库分表等各类大数据存取方案；
4、熟练掌握Java、Linux等研发相关技术栈，不限于Java，具备灵活运用不同技术栈解决问题能力；
6、对技术热情，辅助研发负责人形成良好研发技术文化，有管理经验优先；
7、本科及以上学历，5年以上开发经验，能阅读英文文档；
