2)熟悉Flask，Tornado，Django等常用框架
3)熟悉面向对象编程
4)理解restful风格接口规范;
5)熟悉Postgresql、redis等一种以上数据库;6)熟悉docker，kubernetes等相关技术优先
6）有气象、GIS数学相关专业背景的优先；
7）严谨的逻辑思维，良好的沟通理解能力，良好的编码习惯；
