岗位职责：
1.负责公司部分业务系统需求的开发与测试工作。

3.辅助基金经理进行量化策略研究，提供系统、回测及数据处理支持。
4.负责或参与公司部分平台系统的运维及迭代升级。
5.完成公司交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.具备扎实的编程能力，注重代码效率优化；有系统开发或量化系统开发经验者优先。
3.1-2年 Python/C++ 开发经验；熟练掌握 Flask、Django、Vue、Echarts 等框架，具备独立的前后端全栈开发能力。
4.熟练掌握 Linux 环境开发，有实际服务器部署运维前后端系统经验。
5.具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和编程规范，以及扎实的计算机基础。
