6、记录未完成的工作交给下一个班次。
7、管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接收、存放行李和其他任何物品以及宾客的遗留物品的处理要按照正确的程序进行。
岗位要求
1、中专或以上文化程度。具有1年以上从事前厅服务工作经历。
2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。
3、能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
4、语言组织能力强，性格外向，可接受线上直播。
