一、岗位职责

设备维护：管理维护实训室设备（PLC控制柜、自动化产线模拟设备等），保障教学环境正常运行。
就业支持：结合企业用人需求，对学员进行项目答辩、模拟面试及技术答疑，协助就业推荐工作。
二、任职要求
（一）基本条件
大专及以上学历，自动化、机电一体化、电气工程等相关专业。
具有3年以上PLC相关工程或调试经验，1年以上教学/企业内训经验者优先。
熟练掌握至少一种主流品牌PLC（西门子S7-1200/1500/300、三菱FX/Q系列等），能独立完成中型自动化项目编程及调试。
熟悉常用工业现场总线（Profinet、EtherCAT、Modbus等）及主流HMI组态（WinCC、组态王、威纶通等）。
（二）教学能力（重点）
具备优秀的逻辑表达能力和课堂感染力，能将复杂技术点转化为通俗案例（例如：用“开关灯”类比自锁电路）。
能够独立设计“理论+实操”一体化课程，擅长引导零基础学员入门及进阶。
有耐心，能接受学员反复提问，具备教学复盘与改进能力。
熟练使用PPT、仿真软件（如西门子PLCSIM）及录屏/直播工具者优先。
三、加分项（非必须）
有非标自动化产线调试经验或工业机器人（ABB/KUKA）集成经验。
能教授EPLAN或CAD电气制图。
有职业技能大赛指导或参赛获奖经历。
