岗位职责：
1、主导新产品导入过程，负责将研发设计输出转化为可稳定、可重复生产的成熟工艺。
2、主导或深度参与工艺验证，编制工艺流程图、控制计划、作业指导书等核心工艺文件。
3、负责对生产、质量等相关团队进行工艺技术与操作要求的培训。
4、分析并解决生产过程中出现的复杂技术问题、仪器性能波动及系统性故障。
5、牵头进行根本原因分析，制定并验证长期纠正方案。
6、为质量部门的不合格品评审、售后部门的技术投诉提供专业的技术分析与决策支持。
7、识别工艺瓶颈，主导关键性工艺的改进项目，进行优化设计与验证，以提升产品质量、可靠性或生产效率。
8、评估并引入新材料、新设备、新工艺技术，推动生产技术的升级换代。
9、维护和更新技术文件。
10、负责设计变更生产端的实施，确保变更过程符合法规与公司设计控制流程，完成相关的验证或确认。
11、确保所有工艺活动与技术决策符合医疗器械风险管理和法规注册的要求。
12、参与研发阶段的设计评审，提出可制造性设计建议。
13、总结技术经验，构建并分享工艺知识库，培养技术团队的专业能力。
14、承接部门负责人交办的其他相关任务。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上。机械工程、电子工程、软件工程、生物医学工程、精密仪器等相关专业。
2、5年及以上相关工作经验。
3、深入掌握IVD仪器或相关产品的原理、结构与核心技术。
4、熟练掌握设计控制、风险管理、工艺验证、统计分析方法等。
5、具备出色的系统性分析能力、创新思维和解决复杂技术问题的能力。
6、逻辑严谨，钻研精神强，具备优秀的技术沟通能力和跨部门项目推动能力。
7、拥有成功主导完成至少一款仪器从研发到大规模量产全过程工艺转化经验者优先。
