岗位职责
1、负责高性能广告交易平台的架构设计、研发及持续优化；
2、负责广告营销平台\AdExchange\DSP\SSP\DMP等系统架构设计与研发；
3、负责业务系统架构解耦、微服务改造和基础中台建设；
4、系统分析与设计、代码重构，结合需求设计高扩展性、高性能、安全、稳定、可靠的业务系统。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上服务器开发经验，其中至少1年左右的广告交易平台的架构经验，
2、扎实的Java语言及数据结构基础、熟悉Java IO、多线程等相关技术，熟悉go语言或者python的优先；
3、熟悉Mysql、PostgreSQL、Memcache、Redis、Etcd、消息队列，nginx等常用WEB组件，有能力优化其使用；
4、熟悉Java Web开发，熟悉Spring、MyBatis框架，了解网络相关知识。有前端开发经验更佳；
5、熟悉关系型数据库和至少一种NoSQL数据库，如MySQL，Redis、MongoDB；
6、能够独立完成中小型项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；
7、熟悉软件工程领域方法论，比如DDD、TDD等，熟悉大型复杂分布式系统架构设计，有服务性能优化和高可用开发的经验。
