负责对接型号试验总师，准备试验资源推进试验，发动机上下台架，试车操作，试验数据确认与归档。
1、负责型号试验协调：对接、协调、推动项目试验的所有工作。
2、负责试车工作推进：
1）负责新项目TCM编制与评审，负责新试验的TQC编制与评审，以及后期及时更新维护TCM和TQC套表。
2）负责把试验过程故障预防措施更新到TQC以及试验规范/试验大纲/工艺规程中，防止问题复现。
3）负责发动机上下台架。
4）负责规范开展发动机试车操作，利用经验排查发动机故障，日常所有型号试车工作。
5）负责试验打点数据和recorder数据的确认和归档。
6）负责故障统计、数据分析、故障总结工作。
3、负责试验设备研发、自制、维护和保养：
1）负责独立开展设备电路、电气、液压、机械等系统设计，开展元件选型，设备制作等工作。
2）负责试验车间工装支架设计、制作（含切割/焊接/喷漆）等工作。
3）负责Libwindows软件读写，完成采集通道和数据记录的程序编写。
4、完成领导安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械、电气等相关专业。
2、至少3年以上航空发动机试车工作经验，熟悉APU/涡轴/涡桨/涡扇发动机结构与原理。
3、熟练掌握液压与气压，机械原理、电路电子相关知识。
4、丰富的试车和排故经验，能快速对中，有Libwindows软件读写能力，较强的总结能力。
5、较好的沟通协调能力，具备一定的抗压能力，服从工作任务安排。
